  4. Use stairs: May be you are getting late for the class or the meeting or there is an emergency, using lift is the worst habit the body might incur, always use the staircase unless there are any severe condition.
  5. Do a little exercise: No matter what is your age, a small daily based exercise will always add up to your good health.
  6. Get enough sleep: Sleeping depends on the tiredness of the body. However, a minimum sleep of seven hours is necessary.
