What are some health tips for girls?

Hi dear, thank for asking such lovely question.

Being a girl's, I followed some rule. That's what I'm going to tell you about how I'm healthy and fit. Hope you like it:

  1. Have good habit. Don't skip your breakfast ever. The average teen girl should eat 1,600 to 1,800 calories a day if you’re not very active and 2,200 to 2,400 calories a day if you’re physically active.
  2. Avoid fat and junk food.
  3. Drink 8 glasses water everyday.
  4. Sleep 8-10 hour every night.
  5. Protect your skin from skin burn.
  6. Have hyegenic routine.

7. Drink low-fat or non-fat milk instead of whole milk.

8. Choose vegetables rich in color : Brighten your plate with vegetables that are red, orange, or dark green. Try acorn squash, cherry tomatoes, or sweet potatoes. Spinach and beans also provide vitamins like folate and minerals like potassium that are essential for healthy growth.

9. Choose fat-free or low-fat milk, cheeses, and yogurt to get the vitamin D and calcium your growing bones need. Strengthen your bones three times a week doing activities such as running, gymnastics, and skating.

10. Silver line for girls :

  • Try not to make too many changes at one time.
  • Be positve
  • Have some food fun.
  • Be healthy be beautiful. You are beautiful. There is no need to listen to any unnecessary comments. You are beautiful in your way
